My intention is is that Little Seeds Journey will reach parents, educators and young people around the world to inspire us all to Plant seeds of Success in our homes, classrooms and school communities setting intentions for a kinder, more compassionate and friendlier world. We hope to inspire all to honor the book by planting seed papers with their unique intentions.
This book reminds me of the importance of collaboration in the deepest sense of the word and it came to life in the most beautiful way with support of two amazing and talented beings. I am incredibly grateful to Stacey Hamburg, retired University of Chicago Laboratory nursery school teacher and artist Molly Cranch. Both shared their time, talent and love to bring Little Seeds Journey to life with me.
Meet the Seeds
Author, Little Seed's Journey
The most impactful thing I have learned in my adult life is the power of a mindfulness practice. My daily practice reliably brings me clarity, inner-peace, joy and authentic connection to myself and others. And this is something I am devoted to sharing with others.
My passion lies in bringing these tools to young people and empowering the next generation of leaders to bring mindfulness into their lives. Over the past 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching mindfulness to thousands of students, educators, and parents in both public and private schools. In 2013, after teaching mindfulness to Pre-K students at the University of Chicago Laboratory School, I was inspired to write this children's book. Today, I am very excited to introduce you to Little Seeds Journey!
